We are pleased to present our 26th Annual Tatting Workshop
"Mad Tatters' Tea Party"
CLASSES AND SCHEDULE ARE UP! REGISTRATION IS OPEN! Class confirmations have been emailed for all paid registrations received by mail/email post-marked on or before February 12, 2024. If you sent your registration and have not gotten a class confirmation email, please email us at shuttlebirdstg@gmail.com If you downloaded the form before 8:07 am on 1/4/2024, it has the wrong phone number to call and make your hotel reservations. Please call (509) 467-4900 to make your hotel reservation.
About the Venue - Book Your Room Now:
This will be our 1st year at the Quality Inn Oakwood in Spokane, WA. When you call to book your room, please mention the Shuttlebirds Tatting Guild Workshop and our dates April 25-27, 2024 to get our group rate of $149 room per night (plus tax). Pets Allowed:Yes
General:Pet fee: 25.00 USD per night plus tax, non-refundable for 1-night reservation. 40.00 USD plus tax non-refundable fee for reservations of 2 or more nights. Maximum of 75lbs, Maximum of 2 per room. Pets are not allowed in Suites or Executive rooms.
Cost:
The cost varies depending on your registration and meal package choices. (All prices are in USD):
Class Registration: both days $140.00, one day $75.00
Meals:
Breakfast is free for those staying at the hotel.
Friday Lunch: $13
Friday Dinner: $21
Saturday Lunch: $13

Display Area:
Bring your tatted treasures and projects, finished or not, to show in the display area. We always enjoy seeing what everyone has been working on over the past year(s).
Theme Contest:
Our contest theme this year is "Mad Tatters' Tea Party!" Entries can be tea party related, jewelry, or anything else you choose.

We want to see your creativity!
Design the t-shirt logo for the "Mad Tatter's Tea Party", Shuttlebirds Tatting Guild's 26th Annual Tatting Workshop and Retreat.
Please submit your design by: Nov. 1, 2023
Designs will be voted on : Nov. 4, 2023
The designer of the chosen design will receive a free t-shirt with their design.

Registration Information and Instructions:

Our registration form is an editable PDF (first offered in 2020) which you will submit via email or the USPS. Payment may be made by PayPal, check, or money order as in the past by following the instructions below.
To complete the form simply click on each highlighted box, complete the information requested, enter a check mark where applicable:
Class kits should only be ordered for classes you are taking. Additional kits (if available) will be sold in the vending room.
When you have completed the form, be sure to save a copy to your computer before printing and/or emailing. Electronic signature is required if submitting your registration via email. If you are unable to do the electronic signature, you may print and scan (or snap a picture) of the registration form before emailing. For a mailed registration, simply print and sign the forms after printing. Unsigned registration forms will not be accepted.

For email registrations, payment must be received within 24 hours for PayPal or 7 business days for US mail. If payment is not received within this time frame, your registration will be processed based on the date payment is received.
